2018 Junior National Championships
Congrats to Raphael M. from the M.E. LaZerte badminton team who captured the bronze medal in boys doubles at the 2018 Junior National Championships in Burlington Ontario this past week.
Musical Cabaret Dinner & Music
On Friday, May 25, our M. E. LaZerte Jazz Band will be performing for a Cabaret evening of Latin music, swing jazz, and blues. The evening will include dinner at 6:00 pm, and proceeds will be donated to the Edmonton Humane Society. Ticket sale ends May 23, 2018. No tickets will be sold at the door.

Thank You From The Director of First Response to Fashion
I wanted to express my deepest gratitude to M.E. LaZerte High School for their dedication to this project. Four years ago First Response PTSD Foundation and M.E. LaZerte School started off on an idea to help First Responders suffering from PTSD. Four years later, that idea has started to come to life with the University of Alberta and the Glenrose Rehabilitation Hospital as they announce a new initiative to combat PTSD starting this year. A special Thank you to - Principal: Kim BACKS, Assistant Principal: Marion MCILWRAITH, Teacher: Andrew HESS, his culinary students, Teacher: Shelley Kofluk, Assistant Principal: Charney Erickson, Alumni students: Joshua LAU, Angel POON, Isabella NG - for their trust, their vision, and continued support.
